We are seeking an experienced Group Communications Manager to be responsible for communications across CEE markets, manage media relations, and act as Heureka Group’s spokesperson. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape our brand's presence while working in a dynamic e-commerce environment.
What will you do:
Responsible for Heureka Group communications in the Group (CZ, SK, HU, RO, BG, SI, CRO).
Act as the spokesperson for Heureka Group entities.
Create and execute a communication strategy while building strong media relations across the CEE region.
Manage crisis communication efforts.
Supervise PR agencies in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary (knowledge of the CZ, SK, HU market is essential).
Coordinate social media for Heureka Group (LinkedIn, Twitter).
Responsible for Heureka Group ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) activities, including:
Developing and implementing ESG strategies and policies.
Conducting ESG assessments to identify sustainability risks and opportunities.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG practices.
Monitoring and reporting on ESG performance.
Previous experience with ESG is not required, but it’s a plus.
What we expect from you:
University degree (preferably in communications, marketing, or a related field).
Minimum 5 years of experience in media relations, crisis communication, and branding.
Proficiency in English (B1-B2 level) and Czech (C1-C2 level).
Analytical skills with experience working with data and statistics.
Ability to think conceptually and creatively.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic e-commerce environment.
Knowledge of the e-commerce environment is a plus.
Resilient and creative, with the ability to work under pressure.
A team player with the ability to work independently.
